Benefits of Coconut Water

As Trini's, we really need to take advantage of all the fresh produce we're surrounded by.  Unlike the Americans who pay more for organic.. we're surrounded by organic, sometimes in our own backyard!

Coconut water a natural isotonic beverage that is full of electrolytes, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.  It replaces the fluids and mineral that the body loses during physical activities, which is the reason why me and my honey drink fresh coconut water after we run.  It also helps to increase the rate of metabolism by providing more oxygen to your body.
